Sales Representative
RagnaSoft is seeking a driven, experienced, self-motivated sales representative.
Primary responsibility will be selling business-to-business software and services along
with educational support software to schools and school districts. The successful candidate
must be an excellent manager of leads and prospects, exceptionally effective at closing deals,
and an excellent relationship builder.
- Proven ability to gain and maintain a client base.
- Telephone sales skills.
- Strong presentation skills with specific emphasis on performing software demonstrations.
- Well organized, strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- 3+ years experience in business-to-business software sales preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate at all management levels
- Highly driven and results oriented.
- Ability to qualifying and close on the phone and experience using the web as a demo tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong computer skills.
- Work in a moderate paced environment and manage priorities with minimal
supervision
- Work under deadlines and quickly come up to speed on existing technologies
and
provide input on future direction of our technical environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills.
- Be pro-active in solving and anticipating problems.
- Enjoy learning, researching new technologies and working in a team environment.
Salary will be commision based only to start/base salary + commision after 6 months. We offer an excellent benefits
package and a dynamic working environment. This is a full time position and
does not offer relocation or visa services.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
